Payment:- We accept payment by Credit Card: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Access, Switch, Solo, Cheque, Bank Transfer (all costs incurred payable by yourselve) or approved 30 day accounts (subject to conditions). |

| Warranties:- CNC Monitor Replacements built by us, come with a 1 year standard warranty (unless otherwise stated). CNC monitor repairs and exchange come with a 180 days warranty. All cnc monitors returned unused will be subject to a 50% testing and restocking charge (upon confirmation that the monitor is unopened and works). All warranty is return to base, unless otherwise deemed by us (stock dependant). | ||||||
| Services:- All service exchange items must be in repairable condition. We charge the full price of the item exchanged until the return unit has arrived and is verified as repairable. CNC Monitors returned unrepairable will be charged at the OEM manufacturers replacement cost. | ||||||
| Testing:- Our test facilities are available to help determine defective cnc monitors. Testing is charged between £25.00 and £100.00, depending on the complexity. | ||||||
| Discounts:- Discounts are available on NEW replacement equivalent CRTs and TFT monitors. How we've worked it out is by the following. Includes conditions 1 and 2 below. 1. Discount is available only on 14" colour monitors and 9" / 12" and 14" TFT replacements Only. 2. Numbers: 3-4 Monitors gets a 5% discount, >= 5 monitors = 10% discount. These are batch order numbers, and only include one payment transaction = x number of monitors. |

| Delivery:- Time and Costs. Our preferred courier in the U.K. is TNT, and for the rest of the world is UPS. Delivery times and cost outside of the U.K. can vary massively dependant on seasons, distance, and how urgent the monitor is required. DHL and FED-EX are possible if they are your preferred carrier and for larger Orders Supply Chain Solutions SCS, a subsiduary of UPS. | ||||||
