8DSP-40 Sharp monitor, is a relatively new generation Sharp CNC monitor, that was fitted on the Mitsubishi Quickturn Controls, as well as Mazak, Yamazaki, Mazatrol machines utilising Mitsubishi control systems. The 8DSP-40 is a 14 inch CRT screen. The replacement for this is apptly named the DNC S40. The replacement, DNC S40, is an equivalent replacement monitor for the Sharp 8DSP-40 monitor, and will physically and electronically work in all Mitsubishi based series of control systems, that were originally fitted with the 8DSP-40.
