Testing of Faulty CNC monitors has been a mainstay for over 20 years, since the first CNC crt equivalent replacement of an OEM CNC monitor was built. The group has supplied over 3962 + monitors later Including the A61L-0001-0074, and 14 years of development, the cnc monitor testing facilities and building of replacements are second to none. Currently over 714 + complete rebuilds using existing metalwork.

Fanuc replacement monitors was the main imputus behind the continued research and development of replacement CNC monitors. GE and Siemens came 6 years ago with Mazak and Mitsubishi, Hitachi, Sharp, Toshiba and more coming in the latter years. Concerns are of Quality, each of the DNC monitors goes through severe testing, including vibrational, so that the monitor will arrive in your factory and ready to be installed and work.

CNC monitor repairs has also been a major part of DNC's specialism within the CNC monitor game. Providing repairs for dozens of manufacturers of monitors, including Fanuc, GE, Siemens, Mazak, Heidenhain, Philips, NUM, Mazatrol, Mitsubishi, Matsushita, Mazak, Hitachi, Sharp, Toshiba, KME, Tatung, Totoku, Electrohome, A & Y Industrial, Magnetec, just to name a few.

Testing of your CNC monitor is available assuming that it is a monitor that we offer repairs upon. Note: Services are offered on Heidenhain CNC monitors on the BC110B and the later BC120, in which we can offer a TFT replacement.
