Beaver Machine Tools during its tenure in the cnc machine tool industry, has built sold and distributed its brand of CNC lathes, millers and machining centres throughtout the world. From the 1950's Beavers success of selling millers has been reknowned for exporting the VERP series of machine tool. However in 1992, the Peterborough Factory and the business which at the time was producing turning lathes, milling machines and machining centre's closed due to the economy of the day.

Beaver's range comprise of the following:

  • Milling Machines: VBRP range
  • Machining Centres: VMC series of vertical machining centre's
  • Lathes: TC series

Beaver's range of Machine tools were also given names outside of there model numbers, such as 'Crusader', 'Galaxy', 'Vega', etc. Certainly when Beaver introduced NC and CNC to their machines, they used a hack of alot of controls in the earlier days, then switching over to Fanuc, and GE.
